My name is Pearlyn and I’m from the sunny lil red dot – Singapore! Glenn is my boyfriend and together we set up this mini blog/shop/sharing space! 🙂 I love to do all sorts of crafts, from knitting, crochet to origami, you name it, I’d probably tried it before! Haha, always curious to try out new stuff. I love animals and my dog is the most precious little one in my life.
Needle felting is a rather unique hobby that not many people I know of in Singapore actually knows about it, hence I termed it as a niche hobby. Basically its a popular fibre arts craft conducted with the use of special barbed felting needles. The barbs tangles the layers of wool and binds them together. (Wikipedia) With the flexibility and unique-ness, it’s definitely a hobby that I loved.
Although I’ve tried many different kinds of crafts, I’ve never stick to a hobby this long until i chanced upon the hobby of needle felting. I just love how I’m able to create anything I want, without the need for step-by-step instructions. I can use my wildest imagination to create the cutest little felted woolies (what I call my creations, the little woolies hehe).
The purpose of setting up this blog is mainly to share with others the various techniques and simply the joy of needle felting. In this blog, you can find tips on how to make cute felted woolies, as well as share and comment on the new designs I have in mind. Also, every now and then, there will be some snippets of my everyday-life, just to share with everyone. The joy of sharing. 🙂

Hi! Unfortunately, I don’t get them from Singapore cause it’s pretty pricey here. Instead, I get all my wool in bulk from ETSY.

Hello! From ETSY and in particular from SAplanetamigurumi ETSY shop as it’s from Singapore. There are many shops in ETSY that sells safety eyes, so if you’re not from Singapore, you can search for one that is in your country, it’ll greatly reduce shipping costs.
